Job Title: HR Intern Location: Indore Duration: 2-3 months Stipend: Upto 4k Reporting To: HR Manager About the Role: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship will provide you with valuable exposure to real-world HR practices, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations. Key Responsibilities: Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals Screen resumes and schedule interviews Help coordinate onboarding and induction programs Maintain and update employee records and databases Support day-to-day HR activities and documentation Assist in organizing employee engagement initiatives Draft HR letters, emails, and other communications Participate in HR policy creation and process improvement initiatives Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with care Requirements: Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Good communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Ability to work independently and as part of a team High level of attention to detail and organization Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR domain Benefits: Hands-on experience in core HR functions Certificate of Internship upon successful completion Mentorship and learning opportunities from experienced HR professionals Potential for a full-time opportunity based on performance Job Type: Internship Contract length: 3 months Pay: ₹1,086.00 - ₹5,000.00 per month Benefits: Paid sick time Paid time off Schedule: Monday to Friday Work Location: In person
