Role Description

This is a full-time onsite position for an SMO Specialist, based in Noida. The role involves planning and executing social media optimization (SMO) strategies to enhance the company's online presence and engagement. The SMO Specialist will be responsible for creating, curating, and managing content across various social media platforms, analyzing performance metrics, and implementing strategies to optimize campaigns. The role also requires keeping updated with industry trends, improving brand awareness, and collaborating with the marketing team to align social media activities with business goals.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Social Media Optimization (SMO), including planning, implementation, and optimization strategies.
  • Content management and creative skills, including creating, curating, and publishing engaging social media content.
  • Analytical skills for monitoring social media performance metrics and crafting actionable insights to improve campaigns.
  • Understanding of digital marketing, brand management, and customer engagement best practices.
  • Experience with popular social media platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and others.
  • Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, creativity, and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in a similar role or within the marketing domain is an advantage.
