SMGR/AGM Community Development

Role Overview: You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing community development projects in Gujarat. Your main focus will be on planning, coordination, and establishing connections within the community. Your role will involve assessing community needs, identifying potential partner agencies, supervising community relations, and handling internal and external reporting. Additionally, you will be expected to prepare presentations and documents for management review. Key Responsibilities: - Assess community needs including project identification, actionable proposals, and approvals - Conduct due diligence on potential partner agencies - Supervise community relations in various locations across Gujarat - Prepare internal and external reports - Create presentations and documents for management review Qualification Required: - MBA or MSW from IRMA, TISS, XISS or any other reputed UGC/AICTE approved institute - Minimum 12 to 18 years of experience in community development, with at least 8-10 years in a corporate setting Additional Details: The company is looking for someone with a strong understanding of community development and CSR frameworks, standards, and regulations. You should have excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, as well as exceptional communication, presentation, and writing abilities.
