Job Description

As a Sky Service Card Retention Relationship Manager, you will be a key player in our Contact Centre Inbound team. Your primary objective is to foster strong connections with our credit card customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. This role offers an exciting chance to be part of a vibrant team, making a tangible impact on customer experiences.

A bachelors degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
Minimum 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, especially in banking.
Excellent communication skills with a talent for building customer trust.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
Ability to manage high customer interaction volumes independently.
Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends, as needed.
A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Willingness to learn about new banking products and services.
Fluency in English and Hindi for effective communication.

Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs, offering personalized solutions.
Handle inbound calls efficiently, providing accurate information on credit card services.
Address customer concerns promptly, ensuring a positive and satisfying experience.
Upsell and cross-sell bank products to existing customers, enhancing their engagement.
Collaborate with the Sky Service team to develop and execute effective retention strategies.
Monitor customer feedback and trends, identifying areas for improvement.
Stay updated on industry trends to enhance our retention approaches.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, ensuring data accuracy.
Work closely with the marketing team on targeted retention campaigns.
Attend team meetings and training sessions to stay aligned with bank policies.
