Key Responsibilities: Service Delivery & Client Support Manage end-to-end service delivery for assigned corporate clients as per agreed standards. Support Client Relationship Managers in renewals, retention, and growth of accounts. Act as the first point of contact for employees on policy-related operational queries. Claims Management Facilitate quick resolution of claims by coordinating with insurers and TPAs. Guide employees through reimbursement and cashless claim processes, ensuring smooth hospitalizations. Scrutinize claim documents, track deficiencies, and proactively monitor claim metrics within agreed parameters. Endorsement & Data Management Collect and process endorsement requests for employee data changes. Compile, reconcile, and maintain accurate member data for insurers. Support technology-enabled benefit platforms for client onboarding, updates, and maintenance. Maintain renewal registers, client files, and other records as required. Client Relationship & Value-Added Services Build and maintain strong operational-level relationships with corporate clients, insurers, and TPAs. Partner with clients to design and implement health & wellness initiatives. Identify opportunities for cross-selling other insurance solutions in collaboration with internal teams. Skills & Attributes Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust at client sites. Solid understanding of employee benefits and insurance market operations in India. Locations - Delhi , Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai and Mumbai Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development Identify and acquire new corporate clients, including SMEs and large enterprises and develop a strong sales pipeline with a strategic approach Drive business development for general insurance products, including Property, Liability, Engineering, Marine, Cyber, and Employee Benefits. Develop and implement strategies to penetrate new markets while nurturing existing acquisitions Engage with clients to provide clarity on product features, pricing, and impact on profitability. Lead the initial client interactions on inquiries, RFQs, and mandates, ensuring a structured and consultative approach. Relationship Management Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate clients, fostering strong, long-term relationships. Liaise with insurers, TPAs, and underwriters to provide optimal coverage, competitive quotes, and superior service. Conduct risk assessments, identify coverage gaps, and advise clients on mitigation strategies to protect their business. Market Intelligence & Reporting Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to guide client strategy and business growth. Proven ability to close large accounts and exceed sales targets. Strong understanding of broking and domain expertise across general insurance lines Experience & Qualifications: Bachelors degree or equivalent; MBA or professional insurance certifications 5-15 years of experience in corporate insurance sales or broking. Strong understanding of broking dynamics, underwriting partnerships, and domain expertise across general insurance lines.
Role & responsibilities Manage the entire recruitment life cycle: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, coordinating and conducting interviews, and finalizing candidate closures within the TAT period. Leverage effective networking methods to reach potential candidates through internet sourcing, direct mailing, LinkedIn, industry contacts, job portals and employee referrals Understand job requirements and manage the interview process for specialist roles, including background checks, pre-employment verification, and follow-up from offer release to joining. Lead the implementation and evolution of external pipelining strategies to maintain an active candidate pipeline for a variety of positions. Create and maintain a database of potential candidates and manage internal MIS for recruitment activities. Preferred candidate profile Strong experience of 2 + yrs in end-to-end talent acquisition, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding, and headhunting passive candidates. Hands-on experience hiring through job boards such as Naukri, indeed, LinkedIn, and other portals. Excellent communication, interpersonal, coordination, and negotiation abilities are essential for engaging candidates and business stakeholders. Comfortable working across multiple locations and managing diverse teams. Willingness to travel as needed. Ability to attend recruitment/industry events and maintain a strong professional network Proficiency in Excel, recruitment MIS, and database management.
