Site Supervisor

Key responsibilities

• Project execution:

   Supervise all on-site interior work, including modular, electrical, and finishing activities, ensuring they are performed according to approved drawings and design specifications.

• Team and subcontractor management:

   Direct and coordinate the daily activities of on-site staff, including construction teams and subcontractors.

• Coordination:

   Liaise with designers, architects, vendors, and contractors to ensure smooth workflow, timely delivery of materials, and efficient installation.

• Quality control:

   Conduct regular inspections to verify the quality of workmanship and ensure the final product meets design and quality standards.

• Safety and site management:

   Enforce safety protocols, inspect sites for hazards, and maintain site cleanliness and discipline.

• Reporting and documentation:

   Maintain daily site reports, track manpower and progress, log material consumption, and assist with accurate measurements for billing and material estimation.

• Problem-solving:

   Address and resolve on-site challenges and technical issues efficiently. 

• Take detailed site measurements and liaise with designers

Required skills and experience

• Proven experience in interior fit-out supervision.
• Strong understanding of technical requirements, drawings, and design specifications.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.

Familiarity with project management and reporting tools, such as Auto-CAD
