Role Summary: Responsible for supervising day-to-day civil construction activities at factory/industrial project sites, ensuring quality, safety, and timely execution as per approved drawings and project standards.
Key Responsibilities: • Supervise and monitor site civil works: RCC, foundations, structural works, flooring, external development.
Check material quality, prevent wastage, and manage site stores.
Required Skills & Qualifications: • Diploma/B.Tech in Civil Engineering (preferred). • 3–8 years of experience in industrial/factory construction sites. • Strong knowledge of civil execution, shuttering, concreting, and finishes. • Ability to read drawings and manage labour teams. • Good communication, reporting, and site coordination skills. • Understanding of safety standards and quality practices.
Work Conditions: Site-based role at project locations. Requires field supervision, physical inspection, and coordination with multiple teams.
