Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Site Supervisor role based in Hyderabad. The Site Supervisor will oversee and manage the execution of interior projects at various locations, ensuring quality and compliance with design specifications. Daily duties include coordinating with clients, contractors, and vendors; supervising work schedules; ensuring project timelines and budgets are met; and conducting on-site inspections to maintain high-quality standards. The role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and ensuring a seamless workflow at project sites.

Qualifications

• Strong project management and organizing skills, including coordination with teams, contractors, and vendors
• Knowledge of construction techniques, interior design principles, and site supervision
• Proficiency in client communication and ability to provide project updates
• Problem-solving abilities to address on-site challenges and ensure smooth execution
• Working knowledge of safety standards and best practices for interior construction and design projects
• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• Previous experience in a similar role, particularly within interior design or construction projects, is an advantage
