You’ll be responsible for managing the entire sales lifecycle, from identifying leads to closing deals; while ensuring a premium client experience. Your ability to blend sales acumen with design sensibility will play a key role in driving our growth and building lasting client relationships. Key Responsibilities Identify and pursue potential clients through field visits, online platforms, and referrals. Understand client needs thoroughly and offer personalized interior solutions aligned with their budget and style. Present company services through compelling proposals, walkthroughs, and visual presentations. Handle client meetings, negotiations, and follow-ups to close deals effectively. Collaborate with in-house designers and project teams to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction. Maintain regular communication with clients post-sale to foster long-term relationships and secure repeat business. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently. Stay up to date with the latest interior design trends, pricing benchmarks, competitor offerings, and market conditions. Travel locally or out-of-station when necessary for high-priority client interactions or project closures. Required Skills Proven track record in interior design or home improvement sales. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first approach. Skilled in consultative selling, negotiation, and deal closure. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple clients and timelines efficiently. Self-driven and motivated to achieve sales targets in a competitive market. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Business, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum 1-3 years of experience in interior design sales or a similar industry. Experience working with CRM tools, quotation software, or design sales platforms is a plus. Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi will be advantageous for local client communication.
