Job Title: Site Supervisor – Turnkey Interior Projects, Modular Kitchen & Wardrobes, and Interior Design Location: Delhi/NCR Department: Projects / Execution Reporting To: Project Manager / Operations Head Experience: 2–3 years in site supervision of interior fit-out projects Salary Offer- INR 30,000- 35,000 (In-hand) Qualification: Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering / Interior Design or equivalent Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations at interior project sites. The candidate should have strong technical and organizational skills with experience in turnkey interior execution, modular kitchens, wardrobes , and custom furniture installations. The role requires close coordination with clients, contractors, designers, and internal teams to ensure timely and quality project delivery. Key Responsibilities: · Supervise and manage interior fit-out and modular furniture installation works at multiple sites. · Coordinate with in-house design and procurement teams for smooth execution. · Handle on-site workforce, allocate tasks, and ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards. · Read and interpret architectural and interior drawings; ensure work is carried out per approved designs. · Monitor day-to-day site activities, site progress, and resolve technical/site issues in real time. · Conduct quality checks of materials, workmanship, and final finishes. · Ensure safety standards and compliance at the site. · Prepare daily/weekly work progress reports and maintain site documentation. · Liaise with vendors, subcontractors, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and other trades. · Attend client meetings and update clients on project progress. · Maintain stock of site material inventory and ensure material availability for uninterrupted work. · Material Procurement/Arrangement of labours and Vendors on Site Skills & Competencies: · Thorough knowledge of turnkey interiors, civil, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry works. · Hands-on experience in modular kitchen and wardrobe installations . · Ability to read technical drawings, BOQs, and project plans. · Excellent site management and team coordination skills. · Problem-solving attitude and ability to work under tight deadlines. · Basic proficiency in MS Office, Excel, WhatsApp, and project tracking tools. · Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Qualifications: · Prior experience with interior/execution firms or modular kitchen companies. · Familiarity with project management tools and quality standards. · Two-wheeler with license preferred for travel between sites.
