Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee end-to-end execution of optical fiber projects, including underground fiber laying, aerial cabling, splicing, testing, and commissioning. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, technical, and coordination skills to ensure timely and quality delivery of Fiber deployment projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, implementation, and execution of optical fiber rollout projects.
• Manage project scope, timelines, resources, and budget in alignment with business goals.
• Supervise end-to-end activities like route surveys, ducting, trenching, HDD, cable blowing, splicing, and OTDR testing.
• Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, vendors, and government authorities to ensure smooth execution.
• Prepare project schedules, monitor progress, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality benchmarks, and regulatory requirements.
• Track material requirements, consumption, and coordinate logistics at project sites.
• Maintain project documentation including DPRs, test reports, and handover documentation.
• Mitigate project risks and resolve technical or operational issues promptly.
• Provide regular updates to management through dashboards, review meetings, and progress reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• BE/B. Tech/MCA/M.Tech with MBA or equivalent
• Certification: PMP / Prince 2 (P) Certification
• 12 Years of Work experience in the capacity of Project/Program Manager in OFC implementation Projects
• At least 3 similar Project/Program management Experience in implementation and
