Job Title: Site Supervisor – Plumbing

Department: Projects

Reporting To: Project Head

Location: Aurangabad (PAN India – as applicable)

Experience: 2+ Years in Plumbing & On-site Supervision

Qualification: ITI (Plumber) or 12th Pass (with plumbing experience)

Compensation: As per market standard

Job Objective:

The Site Supervisor – Plumbing will be responsible for supervising on-site plumbing work, managing plumbers and helpers, and ensuring the quality and timely completion of tasks as per approved designs and work instructions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise plumbing installation work at construction sites
• Guide and monitor plumbers/helpers during daily operations
• Read and understand basic plumbing drawings and material speci ications
• Coordinate with the Site Engineer for work schedules, materials, and updates
• Maintain records of attendance, work progress, and material usage
• Conduct routine quality and safety checks
• Use mobile phone for communication, photo updates, and app-based reporting
• Ensure proper site housekeeping and safety practices

Eligibility Criteria Education:

ITI (Plumber) OR 12th Pass with plumbing knowledge and site supervision experience

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of plumbing work experience, preferably in residential/commercial sites
• Site supervision or team handling experience is

Preferred Skills:

• Basic English reading ability (for drawings and instructions)
• Ability to operate a smartphone for reporting and communication
• Strong plumbing knowledge and hands-on approach
• Team coordination and on-site problem-solving
