We’re looking for skilled and responsible Site Supervisors to manage on-site execution and coordinate teams across our active projects. The first 3 months will be a training and evaluation period , focused on understanding MakeMyHut’s sustainable construction methods, material systems, and project workflow Role & Responsibilities: Supervise day-to-day site operations and labour management. Execute construction work as per architectural drawings and project schedules. Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors for smooth workflow. Review, read, and edit CAD drawings accurately. Ensure quality control, safety, and timely reporting of site progress. Qualifications: Diploma / B.Arch / B.Tech in Architecture or Civil Engineering. Proficiency in reading and editing AutoCAD drawings. Strong communication and leadership skills. 1–2 years of site handling experience preferred.
