Site Supervisor

We’re Hiring – Site Supervisor (Full-Time)

MakeMyHut is an eco-architectural design and construction firm specializing in sustainable retreats — from mud houses and A-frame cabins to treehouses and earth architecture. We’re looking for skilled and responsible Site Supervisors to manage on-site execution and coordinate teams across our active projects.

The first 3 months will be a training and evaluation period, focused on understanding MakeMyHut’s sustainable construction methods, material systems, and project workflow

Role & Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day site operations and labour management.
• Execute construction work as per architectural drawings and project schedules.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors for smooth workflow.
• Review, read, and edit CAD drawings accurately.
• Ensure quality control, safety, and timely reporting of site progress.

Qualifications:

• Diploma / B.Arch / B.Tech in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
• Proficiency in reading and editing AutoCAD drawings.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• 1–2 years of site handling experience preferred.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
