We are looking for a proactive and persuasive Telesales Representative to generate leads, build client relationships, and drive sales for our range of products including LED video walls, projectors, conferencing systems, IT peripherals, and AV products . The candidate should be able to effectively communicate technical features in a simple and customer-friendly manner Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential B2B and B2C customers to promote and sell AV & IT products. Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, follow-ups, and inbound inquiries. Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and respond to customer queries. Maintain a database of customer contacts and track sales activities using CRM tools. Coordinate with the sales and technical team for demos, quotations, and follow-ups. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Provide feedback on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities. Requirements: Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or inside sales (preferably in electronics/IT/AV domain). Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills. Basic technical understanding of LED displays, projectors, and IT hardware. Familiarity with CRM systems and MS Office. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Fluency in English and Hindi; regional languages are a plus. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month Language: Hindi (Preferred) English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
