Your role

Are you passionate about providing Level 3 and SME support? Do you want to advance your career by working on a strong L3 SME team? As an L3 support lead, you and your team will be reposible for taking care of all applications under APAC region.Key Responsibilities:

• support ongoing f2b UAT Testing
• execute f2b UAT batches and coordinate with respective applications
• troubleshoot and resolve failures and incidents
• monitor and analyze performance issues
• handle escalations from the Level 2 teams and replicate PROD issues in TE2 region
• participate in shift rotations between ASIA/EMEA hours and weekend work as required
• engage in L3/SME activities such as system performance improvement, performance tuning of databases, automation of alerts of batch execution
• monitor interfaces and work with respective SMEs in case of issues
  

Your team

You will be part of the APAC Regional Team to support the applications deployed for Japan and Taiwan locations. You will be located in Pune / Hyderabad, focusing on L3 support offerings that include SRE, Automation, and Operations Support for on-premises and Azure Cloud Apps. You will work with respective POD members, Product Owners, SMEs, Testing Team and L2 support dedicated to this function.Diversity helps us grow, together. Your expertise

• atleast 8 years of experience in Software Development and Support
• proficient in Unix and shell scripting
• extensive knowledge of Autosys and schedulers
• excellent knowledge of Mainframe, COBOL, DB2, JCL and VSAM
• good knowledge of Azure Cloud. AZ-900 certification will be plus
• proficient in SQL queries and having good knowledge of Oracle, PostGre
  

Preferred Skills/Qualifications:

• a university bachelor's degree in professional courses or professional certifications
• analytical and problem solving skill, logical and strong troubleshooting skills with attention to detail
• good working knowledge of Redhat, Linux and Solaris
• client Focused, self driven and excellent verbal & written communication skills
• ability to work calmly in high-pressure environments
• good team working skills and the ability to work independently or handle a team
• knowledge of automation tools and processes
