Key Responsibilities: - Maintain healthy relationships with clients and employees. - Build and manage vendor relationships, providing on-the-go training. - Minimize process and system deviations to ensure smooth operations. - Manage delivery SLAs and maximize customer satisfaction. - Engage vendors effectively to enhance their business involvement. Qualifications Required: - Background in Hotel Management. - 4-6 years of relevant experience. - Fostac Trained. - Food-tech experience is an added advantage. - Proficiency in the local language is mandatory. Your professional conduct, respect for co-workers, honesty, and sincerity will be key in this role as you navigate the day-to-day operations following our Standard Operating Process. The Site Head position demands a high level of involvement in operations, requiring you to track and follow up on service levels diligently. Your proactive attitude to create an impact and ensure operational efficiency will contribute to the overall success of the organization.
