Company Name: LEAD HR Services Private Limited Position: HR Executive (Site) Location: Ponneri [Chennai] - Will deployed at leading manufacturing company at Ponneri. Will be handling around 100 employees individually. Department: Human Resources Role Overview: The Site HR Executive is responsible for managing end-to-end HR activities at the site level, ensuring smooth manpower operations, statutory compliance, employee relations, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders. This role serves as the primary HR contact for employees deployed at the site. Key Responsibilities 1. Recruitment & OnboardingHandle end-to-end recruitment for site manpower requirements. Conduct interviews, coordinate with operations for manpower planning. Manage onboarding, induction, and completion of joining formalities. Maintain employee personal files and records. 2. Attendance & Payroll CoordinationCollect and verify daily/weekly/monthly attendance. Manage leave records and shift schedules. Share accurate attendance inputs for payroll processing. 3. Statutory ComplianceEnsure compliance with labour laws (PF, ESI, CLRA, minimum wages, etc.). Maintain statutory registers and documents. Coordinate for Contract Labour License applications/renewals. Ensure compliance of contractors/vendors with legal norms. 4. Employee Relations & WelfareAddress employee queries, grievances, and escalate when necessary. Maintain discipline and adherence to company policies at the site. Organize welfare activities and support employee engagement initiatives. Support safety induction and ensure PPE compliance. 5. Site Operations SupportCoordinate manpower deployment with site/department heads. Track contractor workforce movement and ensure proper documentation. Facilitate medical fitness, ID cards, and access permissions for employees. 6. Documentation & ReportingMaintain HR MIS reports (attendance, recruitment, attrition, overtime, etc.). Prepare and submit periodic reports to management. Ensure audit readiness for internal/external HR audits. 7. Training & DevelopmentIdentify training needs in consultation with the site head. Assist in scheduling and recording training sessions. Key Skills & CompetenciesStrong knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance Good communication and interpersonal skills Problem-solving and grievance-handling ability Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Educational & Experience RequirementsBachelor’s degree (HR/Management preferred) 1–3 years of experience in HR operations (site experience preferred) Experience in manufacturing, construction, production, or service sites is an added advantage
