Role Overview

Supervise and coordinate site operations across a defined region, translating cluster-level strategy into on-ground execution. Lead site SPOCs and operations executives to ensure consistent and compliant HR processes across onboarding, engagement, incident handling, contractor governance, and HR admin support. Act as the regional liaison for compliance, workforce management, and stakeholder alignmentensuring delivery quality, issue resolution, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Regional Execution Oversight:

  • Execute onboarding, induction, engagement, compliance, and off-roll workforce processes across sites
  • Monitor service delivery standards and escalate gaps to Cluster Lead
  • Track performance metrics and maintain process discipline

Team Leadership & Enablement:

  • Lead and coach site ops executives or SPOCs
  • Drive capability building and SOP adherence
  • Review team performance and manage workloads

Compliance, Governance & Reporting:

  • Supervise compliance activities (contractor licenses, Legatrix tasks, Kronos time records)
  • Review documentation for audits and leadership visits
  • Coordinate with legal, HR, and admin to close open actions

HR Administrative Support:

  • Ensure onboarding, exit formalities, policy communication, and grievance redressal
  • Monitor Day 1Day 90 orientation and feedback
  • Oversee HR calendars and engagement events

Stakeholder & Vendor Liaison:

  • Act as primary contact for business and functional stakeholders
  • Liaise with vendors for SLA adherence
  • Coordinate with Admin, IT, Security, and Compliance teams
