Eligibility & Experience

Minimum 7–8 years of relevant HRBP experience (Manufacturing/Sales-driven industries preferred)

Manage end-to-end monthly payroll
Attendance & leave reconciliation
PF, ESI, PT, LWF & statutory deductions compliance

Statutory Compliance

Ensure 100% compliance with all labour legislations
Handle audits, returns & statutory documentation
Maintain HR policies & compliance trackers

PAN India Recruitment

Handle end-to-end recruitment across India
Sourcing, screening, interviews & onboarding
Coordinate with departments for manpower planning

Employee Relations & Administration

Manage grievances, disciplinary procedures & counselling
Employee file management, HRMS updates
Support administrative operations
