Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complete HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, employee engagement, and exit formalities
  • Lead performance management processes — appraisals, feedback sessions, and PIP implementation
  • Plan and execute training & development programs using internal and external resources
  • Ensure adherence to HR policies and compliance with PF, ESI, and other labor laws
  • Address employee grievances promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive work environment
  • Collaborate with leadership on HR strategy, workforce planning, and retention initiatives
  • Maintain accuracy in compensation management and HR reporting

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 2–5 years of experience in HR operations
  • In-depth understanding of HR practices, statutory compliance, and labor laws
  • Strong communication skills in English and Kannada
  • Excellent problem-solving, interpersonal, and multitasking skills
  • Proactive, hands-on professional with the ability to take ownership of end-to-end HR functions

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹420,000.00 - ₹540,000.00 per year
