Job Description

Manage end-to-end HR operations for the division, including recruitment, employee relations, training & development, and compliance.
Act as a strategic partner to business and plant leadership, aligning HR initiatives with organizational goals.
Oversee manpower planning, talent acquisition, and retention strategies.
Handle performance management, goal setting, and competency mapping for all employees.
Ensure statutory compliance under labor laws and maintain smooth industrial relations.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor HR practices, employee engagement, and welfare activities at different locations.
Manage payroll coordination, attendance, and leave systems accurately.
Drive employee engagement, grievance handling, and conflict resolution initiatives.
Support organizational development, succession planning, and culture-building programs.
Prepare HR reports and dashboards for management review.

Desired Candidate Profile:

MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification.(Full Time), No Evening classes
1114 years of experience in HR Generalist role within the

manufacturing sector.
Strong understanding of HR policies, statutory compliances, and industrial relations.
Willingness to travel for

site visits as required.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Experience in managing HR operations at plant or divisional level preferred.
