Job Title: Site Engineer – Row Housing Project Location: Lohegaon – Wagholi Road, Pune, Maharashtra Company: Bhandari Bhuse Associates About Us: Bhandari Bhuse Associates is a growing real estate and construction firm, currently developing a premium row housing project comprising 21 units in Lohegaon, Pune. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality projects with attention to detail, timely execution, and a customer-focused approach. Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Site Engineer who can take charge of day-to-day operations at our row house project. The candidate must possess strong technical knowledge, practical site experience, and leadership qualities to manage construction activities, materials, and personnel with efficiency and discipline. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and monitor on-site construction activities to ensure quality and timely execution. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, labor, and vendors for smooth workflow. Ensure compliance with approved drawings, project specifications, and safety standards. Maintain accurate site records: work progress, labor attendance, and material usage. Oversee RCC, masonry, finishing, plumbing, electrical, and allied works. Assist in material management, vendor coordination, estimation, and basic billing checks. Identify and resolve technical/site challenges proactively. Lead and command site personnel with professionalism and discipline. Report progress and issues to management on a regular basis. Requirements: Diploma or Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in residential/row housing or similar projects. Strong understanding of construction methods, drawings, and execution cycles. Experience in handling RCC, finishing, and services (MEP) works. Ability to manage labor teams, contractors, and vendors effectively. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Commitment to timelines and quality standards. Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹38,000 per month (commensurate with qualifications & experience).
