Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

Site Supervision:
- Assist in daily site operations and ensure work is carried out as per project plans and standards.
- Monitor construction and maintenance activities at the toll plaza site.
Coordination:
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and project managers for smooth execution.
- Report site progress, issues, and requirements to senior engineers or the project head.
Technical Assistance:
- Support in installation, operation, and maintenance of toll systems (booths, sensors, cameras, barriers, etc.).
- Learn and understand basic electrical and civil drawings related to toll infrastructure.
Quality & Safety Checks:
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and procedures on site.
- Maintain quality of materials and workmanship as per project specifications.
Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintain daily work reports, material records, and progress logs.
- Assist in preparing site documentation and reports for management review.
Splicing & Cabling Support (if applicable):
- Learn and assist in fiber splicing, cabling, and testing activities related to toll systems.
Equipment Handling:
- Monitor and ensure the proper functioning of toll equipment, UPS systems, and electrical panels.
- Report any malfunction or damage immediately.
Vendor & Manpower Coordination:
- Assist in managing on-site labor and vendors for assigned work tasks.

Skills Required:

Basic knowledge of
civil/electrical/electronic engineering
Understanding of
AutoCAD
and
site layout drawings
(preferred)
Strong communication and observation skills
Ability to work under supervision and learn quickly
Basic computer literacy (MS Excel, Word, etc.)

Suitable for:

Diploma / B.Tech (Civil, Electrical, or Electronics)
Freshers or candidates with up to
1 year of site experience
