Job Description

Job Overview: Bhandari Bhuse Associates is seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Accounts Executive cum Office Assistant to handle accounting, client coordination, documentation, and day-to-day office operations. The candidate must have good knowledge of Tally, Excel, and Mathematics — all three are essential for this role. Key Responsibilities: Record and maintain all financial transactions in Tally. Prepare and manage Excel sheets, ledgers, and payment records. Reconcile and monitor bank statements, expenses, and cash flow. Keep accurate track of payments received and pending from clients. Communicate and coordinate with clients for payment collections and maintain good relations. Work closely with the CA and his team for audits, reports, and financial documentation. Documentation: Ensure clients have all required documents for registration with the registrar. Provide timely reminders to clients about their registration dates and assist with related formalities. Assist in general office administration and record keeping. Requirements: Graduate in Commerce / Accounting / Finance. Good knowledge of Tally, Excel, and Maths is a must.
