We are a Project Management Consultancy engaged in managing structural repair and retrofitting works for an industrial facility at MIDC Bhosari, Pune. We are seeking a Civil Engineer with hands-on experience in structural repairs, rehabilitation, and retrofitting of RCC and steel structures, capable of coordinating site execution and stakeholder communication in a professional, outcome-oriented manner.

• Supervise and coordinate structural repair and retrofitting works including RCC repairs, jacketing, crack treatment, corrosion mitigation, waterproofing, and steel repairs
• Interpret and implement structural repair drawings, specifications, BOQs, and method statements
• Monitor execution quality for repair materials such as micro-concrete, PMM, epoxy systems, corrosion inhibitors, and protective coatings
• Coordinate with structural consultants, NDT agencies, contractors, and clients for smooth execution
• Ensure compliance with approved repair methodologies, safety norms, and quality standards
• Conduct regular site inspections, measurements, and progress reviews
• Identify site constraints proactively and drive timely technical and execution-level resolutions
• Draft clear and professional emails, site instructions, MOMs, progress reports, and observations
• Assist in certification of contractor bills, quantity verification, and reconciliation
• Maintain site documentation including photographs, inspection records, and daily progress reports

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech) – Mandatory

• Minimum 4–8 years of relevant experience

Proven experience in:

• Structural repairs and rehabilitation projects
• Retrofitting of RCC and steel structures
• Working in industrial, commercial, or operational buildings
• Experience with PMC / client-side supervision is preferred

• Strong knowledge of structural repair and retrofitting techniques
• Good understanding of Indian Standards related to concrete repairs and construction practices
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to draft professional technical and client correspondence
• Outcome-oriented approach with strong follow-through
• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders effectively
• Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, reporting)

• Candidate must be based in Pune / Pimpri-Chinchwad
• Willingness to work full-time at site (MIDC Bhosari)
• Immediate or short-notice joiners preferred
