The role involves assisting in architectural drawings, design development, site coordination, and effective communication with clients and consultants. Key Responsibilities Assist in creating architectural drawings, 3D models, layouts, and presentation materials. Support senior architects in concept development, detailing, and documentation. Coordinate with clients to understand requirements and ensure project expectations are met. Conduct site visits, take measurements, prepare site reports, and support execution teams. Work closely with engineers, contractors, and vendors for smooth project implementation. Research materials, building codes, and design trends for project enhancement. Revise architectural drawings based on feedback from seniors and clients. Ensure timely delivery, design accuracy, and quality standards in all tasks. Required Skills Proficiency in tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, Photoshop, etc. Strong visualization, detailing, and presentation abilities. Good understanding of architectural standards and construction practices. Excellent communication skills for client coordination and team collaboration. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work within deadlines. Preferred Qualifications Internship or project experience in residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects.
