About the Role

Junior Architect

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in creating architectural drawings, 3D models, layouts, and presentation materials.
• Support senior architects in concept development, detailing, and documentation.
• Coordinate with clients to understand requirements and ensure project expectations are met.
• Conduct site visits, take measurements, prepare site reports, and support execution teams.
• Work closely with engineers, contractors, and vendors for smooth project implementation.
• Research materials, building codes, and design trends for project enhancement.
• Revise architectural drawings based on feedback from seniors and clients.
• Ensure timely delivery, design accuracy, and quality standards in all tasks.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, Photoshop, etc.
• Strong visualization, detailing, and presentation abilities.
• Good understanding of architectural standards and construction practices.
• Excellent communication skills for

  client coordination

  and team collaboration.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work within deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Internship or project experience in residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of sustainable design, modern materials, and current architectural trends.
