Sanah Infra Projects Pvt. Ltd. (SIPL) is looking for a skilled and responsible Civil Site Supervisor with 2–3 years of practical site experience to join our team in Sholinganallur. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring on-site activities and ensuring smooth, quality-driven project execution.

🛠 Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily civil construction activities at the project site.

Ensure work is completed according to drawings, specifications, and timelines.

Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and labour teams.

Maintain quality and ensure proper use of materials.

Prepare daily site reports, progress updates, and documentation.

Ensure safety protocols and PPE compliance.

Monitor material usage and reduce wastage.

Troubleshoot on-site issues and provide timely solutions.

Support weekly and daily planning schedules.

📌 Requirements

BE in Civil Engineering (mandatory).

2–3 years of site supervision experience (residential/commercial/industrial).

Strong understanding of civil construction processes and site execution.

Ability to read technical drawings and manage labour teams.

Good communication and reporting skills.

Knowledge of safety and quality standards.

✨ Preferred Skills

Experience with MS Office / site reporting tools

Basic AutoCAD knowledge (added advantage)
