About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Architect who is passionate about transforming ideas into meaningful spaces. You will work closely with our senior architects and design team in developing creative concepts, detailed drawings, and coordinating with various project stakeholders. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys exploring design, learning through execution, and being part of projects that blend aesthetics, function, and innovation.

As a Junior Architect, you’ll be involved in every stage of the design and construction process — from conceptual sketches and 3D visualizations to working drawings and site coordination. You’ll have the opportunity to contribute fresh ideas, learn industry best practices, and grow your technical and design expertise under experienced mentors.

Key Responsibilities

Support senior architects in developing conceptual designs, design presentations, and working drawings.

Prepare 2D and 3D drawings, visualizations, and material mood boards for client presentations.

Coordinate with consultants (structural, MEP, landscape, etc.) to ensure design intent is maintained through all stages.

Assist in preparing detailed drawings for statutory approvals, tender documentation, and construction.

Participate in client meetings, discussions, and design reviews to capture project requirements accurately.

Conduct site visits to understand practical aspects of design execution and ensure alignment with drawings.

Research materials, products, and sustainable solutions relevant to ongoing projects.

Maintain organized project documentation and ensure timely delivery of design outputs.

Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.

0–2 years of professional experience in an architectural or design firm.

Proficiency in design and drafting tools: AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion/Enscape, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign).

Strong understanding of architectural drawings, detailing, materials, and building regulations.

Creative mindset with an eye for design proportion, color, and spatial harmony.

Excellent communication, time management, and teamwork skills.

Enthusiastic about learning, exploring new design trends, and contributing to innovative ideas.
