1️⃣ Site Acquisition Project Coordinator (SAQ PC)
Job Summary:
As a SAQ PC, you will work closely with the SAQ PM to manage and facilitate the site acquisition process. Your responsibilities will include performing site assessments, maintain documentation, and assist with administrative tasks related to site acquisition projects. You will play a key role in ensuring that projects proceed smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Site Identification and Assessment:
- Assist the PM with research and identify potential sites for telecom infrastructure based on company needs and strategic goals.
- Assist the PM with feasibility studies and site assessments to evaluate the suitability of locations.
Zoning & Permitting Coordination:
- Research and interpret zoning codes, land use regulations, and permitting requirements.
- Coordinate and track the submission of permit applications for various project types.
- Liaise with city, county, and state agencies to ensure timely approvals and resolve issues.
Application Management:
- Prepare, complete, and submit zoning and permitting applications.
- Maintain accurate records of all submissions, approvals, and correspondence.
- Monitor application status and follow up with agencies as needed.
Bid Support:
- Provide permitting timelines, requirements, and cost estimates to support bid preparation.
- Collaborate with estimators and project managers to ensure permitting considerations are reflected in proposals.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of site acquisition activities, including agreements, permits, and correspondence.
- Organize and archive all permitting documentation for compliance and audit purposes.
- Prepare regular reports on project status, progress, and any challenges encountered.
Qualifications:
- Associate or bachelor’s degree
- At least 1-2 years of experience in administrative support, project coordination, or a related role. Experience in site acquisition is a plus.
- Excellent digital organization skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.

2️⃣ A&E Project Manager – Site Acquisition
Job Summary:
A&E Project Manager – Site Acquisition
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership and Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of site acquisition specialists, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.
Project Management & Coordination
- Lead A&E-related project activities throughout the site acquisition lifecycle, ensuring milestones are met in line with deployment schedules.
- Coordinate internal cross-functional teams (Engineering, Legal, Construction) and external consultants to deliver quality construction drawings and permit-ready documentation.
- Manage third-party vendors (surveyors, environmental firms, A&E firms) to ensure timely and compliant deliverables.
Site Acquisition Support
- Collaborate with Site Acquisition teams to validate feasibility of candidate sites based on zoning, permitting, and engineering factors.
- Review site drawings, surveys, and other technical documents to identify and mitigate design or regulatory issues early.
- Assist with zoning and permitting submissions, ensuring all A&E documentation aligns with jurisdictional requirements.
Regulatory & Compliance Oversight
- Ensure that all project documents meet municipal and state regulations including zoning, land use, and environmental policies.
- Track and manage permitting timelines and proactively address potential delays due to regulatory issues.
- Attend zoning and permitting hearings as necessary to support applications and address community or municipal concerns.
Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain accurate project trackers, documentation, and compliance records related to A&E milestones and permitting.
- Provide regular reports to leadership on project progress, risk items, and A&E performance metrics.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Serve as liaison between property owners, landlords, city officials, and A&E vendors to ensure alignment on project requirements and timelines.
- Address escalations and provide solutions related to engineering or permitting issues.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Architecture, Telecommunications, or related field.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in wireless site development and A&E project management.
- Strong understanding of zoning laws, permitting processes, building codes, and environmental regulations applicable to telecom infrastructure.
- Proven experience coordinating A&E deliverables and regulatory submissions for wireless site development (towers, small cells, rooftops, etc.).
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and vendors simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Google Earth, and project tracking tools (e.g., Site Tracker, QuickBase, Smartsheet).
Preferred:
- Experience working with wireless carriers, tower companies, or A&E consulting firms.
- Familiarity with jurisdictions' zoning boards and permitting departments in multiple states.
- PMP or equivalent project management certification.
