This role requires strong coordination between internal teams (acquisition, engineering, legal, and construction) and external stakeholders (vendors, municipalities, landlords, and community leaders). The ideal candidate will combine technical A&E knowledge with regulatory insight and site development experience to ensure successful and compliant project delivery. Key Responsibilities: Leadership and Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of site acquisition specialists, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations. Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge. Stakeholder Engagement Serve as liaison between property owners, landlords, city officials, and A&E vendors to ensure alignment on project requirements and timelines. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Architecture, Telecommunications, or related field. 5+ years of relevant experience in wireless site development and A&E project management. Proven experience coordinating A&E deliverables and regulatory submissions for wireless site development (towers, small cells, rooftops, etc.). Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and vendors simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment.
