Job Description

The Site Acquisition Executive will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and securing potential retail locations for our QSR outlets. This role requires a blend of market knowledge, real estate expertise, negotiation skills, and an understanding of retail dynamics to ensure optimal placement of new stores in alignment with the brand’s expansion strategy.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Research & Analysis:

  • Conduct detailed research to identify high-potential locations based on footfall, demographics, competitor presence, and commercial viability.
  • Analyse local zoning laws, licensing requirements, and any legal constraints related to QSR operations.
  • Site Identification & Evaluation:

  • Scout potential sites through field visits and real estate networks.
  • Evaluate sites based on location attractiveness, visibility, accessibility, and cost.
  • Lease Negotiation & Documentation:

  • Liaise with landlords, brokers, and property owners to negotiate commercial lease terms.
  • Coordinate with legal and finance teams for documentation, due diligence, and approvals.
  • Stakeholder Coordination:

  • Work with internal departments including operations, design, legal, and finance to ensure smooth handover and setup of new locations.
  • Prepare and present site proposals with financial and operational feasibility reports.
  • Tracking & Reporting:

  • Maintain a pipeline of potential sites and track progress from initial contact to lease finalization.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management on site acquisition status.



Requirements:

  • Education:

    Graduate
  • Experience:

    2–3 years of experience in real estate acquisition, preferably in retail, QSR, or FMCG sectors.



  • Skills:

  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent market research and analytical abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of real estate software tools is a plus.
  • Ability to travel extensively within assigned regions.
