Job Description

SI/OEM Sales Representative

The candidate must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in both the local language and English. They should also demonstrate strong collaboration abilities to work effectively across teams and build lasting internal and external relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies aimed at acquiring new customers and exploring untapped business opportunities within the local SI market.
  • Manage and strengthen relationships with existing customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets, driving revenue growth and profitability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to generate innovative ideas, build consensus, and align efforts towards shared business goals.
  • Prepare and present concise business plans and strategies, including go-to-market (GTM) plans customized for the local market environment.
  • Manage tender processes, including status tracking, special price applications, Approved Vendor List (AVL) validation, and regression arrangements.
  • Oversee project management activities such as understanding project architecture, controlling development schedules, coordinating design-in parts/sample requests, and tracking issue resolution.
  • Foster a team-oriented work culture by promoting collaboration and mutual support across departments.

Requirements:

  • Experience:

    10 to 15 years in the IT industry, with significant exposure to PC components. Experience in memory products is a strong plus.
  • Demonstrated experience working with

    national and international OEMs and SIs

    .
  • Industry Knowledge:

    In-depth understanding of the IT sector, particularly memory products and PC components.
  • Communication:

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both the local language and English.
  • Collaboration:

    Proven ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams and build robust relationships at all organizational levels.
  • Business Acumen:

    Strong capability to develop business plans and sales strategies, including local market go-to-market (GTM) plans.
