Key Responsibilities

  • New Business Development & Revenue Growth:

    Proactively identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities from the ground up, delivering immediate revenue and purchase orders (POs). Primary focus areas include

    Industrial PCs (IPC)

    ,

    industrial electronics

    , and

    embedded systems

    sectors.
  • Market & Competitive Intelligence:

    Conduct comprehensive market research and competitor analysis to develop data-driven sales strategies and provide actionable insights to senior management.
  • Sales Target Achievement:

    Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets through structured sales planning, opportunity management, and market share expansion.
  • Strategic Account Development:

    Identify and engage key decision-makers at

    OEMs, ODMs, system integrators

    , and

    industrial distributors

    to build and maintain a strong, qualified sales pipeline.
  • Client Relationship Management:

    Build and nurture long-term, high-value client relationships through continuous engagement, customized solutions, and strategic account management.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    Serve as a key liaison between the

    India market

    and

    headquarters

    , ensuring alignment in pricing strategy, supply chain coordination, product roadmap, and execution of all sales initiatives.

Candidate Requirements

  • Experience:

    • Minimum of

      5 years

      of proven experience in

      business development

      ,

      technical sales

      , or

      strategic account management

      .
    • Strong background in

      Industrial PC (IPC)

      ,

      semiconductors

      ,

      embedded systems

      , or

      industrial electronics

      sectors.
    • Established relationships with

      telecom-related customers

      will be an added advantage.
  • Core Competencies:

    • Strong resilience under pressure with excellent client engagement and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to identify strategic opportunities and implement growth-oriented plans.
    • Highly self-motivated, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Communication Skills:

    • Fluent in

    • Ability to present complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
