Role Overview: You will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional in-store client experience, handling sales, servicing, and visual merchandising. Additionally, you will spearhead operations and administrative tasks such as maintaining updated accounting and financial data, managing vendor relationships, and overseeing logistics for rug movement and inventory. Your role will also involve managing company assets, stocks, inventory, and handling incoming calls and important emails. Furthermore, you will be required to prepare necessary documents using MS Office, generate sales reports, and maintain a strong focus on client relationship management. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure in-store client experience is top-notch and build long-term relationships with customers. - Manage operations and administrative tasks including accounting, financial data, and manpower handling. - Keep detailed ledger of vendor management and facilitate movement of rugs and store inventory. - Maintain necessary documents, handle incoming calls, and follow up on important emails. - Prepare and share documents like Proforma Invoice, Price Quotation, and Sales Presentations. - Generate Sales Reports regularly to track performance. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience as a retail manager or in a similar managerial position. - Knowledge of retail management best practices. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Excellent leadership abilities with a focus on commercial awareness.
