Role Overview

The Showroom Manager will be responsible for managing daily showroom operations, ensuring an exceptional customer experience, driving showroom sales, maintaining product displays, and leading the showroom. This role demands strong communication, presentation, and people-management skills with a refined sense of design and aesthetics.

Key Responsibilities

·        Showroom Operations & Management

·        Oversee the daily functioning of the showroom and ensure smooth operations.

·        Maintain ambience, and product arrangements as per design standards.

·        Ensure all samples, displays, and catalogs are updated and well-maintained.

·        Manage inventory levels for samples, brochures, and materials.

·        Customer Experience & Sales

·        Attend walk-in clients and provide them with detailed product information.

·        Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products and solutions.

·        Conduct showroom tours and product presentations.

·        Support clients in selecting furniture, finishes, fabrics, and combinations.

·        Follow up with prospects and convert leads into sales.

·        Achieve monthly sales targets for the showroom.

·        Team Leadership & Coordination

·        Supervise showroom staff and guide them in customer handling.

·        Train team members on product knowledge, grooming, and communication.

·        Coordinate with the Sales, Operations, and Design teams for order processing and client requirements.

·        Reporting & Documentation

·        Maintain daily visit logs, inquiry reports, and sales records.

·        Share weekly and monthly sales performance with management.

·        Ensure documentation for orders, quotations, and follow-ups is accurate and timely.

·        Brand Representation

·        Represent Viyom Lifestyle’s brand values and luxury standards.

·        Ensure the showroom atmosphere reflects premium quality and exceptional customer service.

Requirements

·        Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, or related field.

·        3–5 years of experience in showroom management or retail management (luxury, furniture, or interiors preferred).

·        Strong communication, customer service, and sales skills.

·        Good sense of aesthetics and basic design understanding.

·        Ability to manage teams and handle multiple client interactions.

• ·        Proficiency in MS Office; CRM knowledge is a plus.
