Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day showroom operations and ensure excellent customer experience
• Achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets
• Guide and supervise sales team to maximize performance
• Understand customer requirements & provide furniture solutions
• Ensure attractive product display & showroom upkeep
• Coordinate with production & dispatch teams for smooth order processing
• Handle walk-ins, follow-ups, quotations & closing of deals
• Maintain MIS, sales reports & customer records

Requirements

• 3 - 6 years experience as Sales Manager / Senior Sales Executive
• Experience in furniture, modular furniture, interior products or retail is mandatory
• Strong communication & negotiation skills
• Ability to lead a team
• Basic computer skills (Excel/WhatsApp/CRM preferred)
• Pleasant personality, customer-centric and sales-driven
