Job Description

Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
Manage and negotiate shipping rates, schedules, and routes to meet customer needs.
Prepare and submit reports on shipments, deliveries, and invoices.
Develop and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and partners.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes.

Job Requirements

Minimum 3+ years of experience in shipping or logistics.
Strong knowledge of shipping regulations, procedures, and practices.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Proficient in using shipping software and technology.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
