Build relationships with local businesses and the community to enhance the restaurant's reputation.
Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role.
Strong understanding of restaurant operations and financial management.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in restaurant management software and POS systems.
Bachelors degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
