Based out of New Delhi, we aim to set new standards in gourmet catering and daily meals. Job Summary: We are looking for a responsible and proactive Shift Manager to support day-to-day operations during designated shifts. The ASM will ensure smooth kitchen and service operations, uphold quality and hygiene standards, manage staff coordination, and help deliver excellent customer experiences. Key Responsibilities: Assist in managing daily operations during the assigned shift Coordinate between kitchen, delivery, and front-end teams to ensure timely order execution Monitor food preparation, packaging, and delivery processes for quality and consistency Ensure adherence to hygiene and safety protocols across all areas Handle shift planning and staff allocation Manage stock levels during shifts and report shortages or excesses Address and resolve any operational or customer-related issues Prepare and submit end-of-shift reports to senior management Support training of new staff and help maintain discipline among team members Requirements: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in F&B or hospitality Strong understanding of shift operations, food handling, and team supervision Good communication and leadership skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure calmly Basic computer knowledge for reporting and documentation Flexible with working hours, including weekends and holidays Working Days: 6 days a week Perks & Benefits: Fast career growth in a well-established F&B brands Training and skill development opportunities
