Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Shift Incharge located at our Bavla facility. The Shift Incharge will oversee daily production operations, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to quality and safety standards. Responsibilities include supervising production staff, managing schedules, monitoring machinery and processes, and troubleshooting any production issues. The role also involves maintaining compliance with organizational policies and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Leadership and team management skills, with the ability to supervise and guide production teams effectively
• Knowledge of production workflows, quality control processes, and manufacturing best practices
• Technical skills in handling and troubleshooting machinery in extrusion, lamination, or printing processes
• Strong organizational and scheduling skills to efficiently manage production shifts and meet deadlines
• Good communication skills to coordinate with internal teams and report effectively
• Problem-solving abilities and adaptability to handle unforeseen challenges in a production environment
• Experience of 10 years in the flexible packaging is must.
• Degree or diploma in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field is preferred
