Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Shift Engineer located in Navi Mumbai. The Shift Engineer will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining the data center infrastructure, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring optimal performance of all systems. They will be in charge of performing routine maintenance tasks, managing systems alerts, and coordinating with the technical team for any required escalations. The role also involves maintaining compliance with safety and operational protocols, and ensuring all equipment operates efficiently and reliably. Qualifications Technical Skills: Knowledge of data center infrastructure, HVAC, electrical systems, and IT equipment Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues effectively Maintenance Experience: Routine maintenance, system monitoring, and alert management Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with safety protocols, operational standards, and regulatory requirements Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with a technical team and coordinate with other departments Experience: Previous experience in data center operations or a similar technical environment is preferred Education: Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field Show more Show less
