Shift Engineer

As a Shift Engineer, you will play a crucial role in monitoring the day-to-day operations of the shift, carrying out Planned Preventative Maintenance, and responding to Reactive works on the property. Your responsibilities will include: - Ensuring that sub-contractors adhere to contract requirements - Administering work approvals and ensuring safe operations during repair or service activities - Operating a Permit to Work System in compliance with CBRE Quality, Health & Safety procedures and client specifications - Escalating any incidents or concerns on-site according to the agreed site escalation procedure - Conducting routine quality checks on workforce activities, maintaining record-keeping, and overseeing general housekeeping - Keeping comprehensive maintenance records in the form of job sheets and ensuring assigned tasks are completed appropriately, including utilizing site engineers for task completion The ideal candidate for this position should have the following qualifications and experience: - B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical Engineering - Demonstrated work experience in residential property management - Familiarity with utility maintenance activities would be advantageous If there are any additional details about the company in the job description, please provide them for a more comprehensive understanding.,
