Shift Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Perform

  batch manufacturing

  as per approved procedures, batch manufacturing records (BMR/BPR), and production plans.
• Ensure strict compliance with all

  SOPs

  while performing shift activities and handling equipment.
• Monitor and maintain

  Critical Control Points (CCP)

  and ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Ensure adherence to

  GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices)

  and

  GHP (Good Hygiene Practices)

  across the production line.
• Coordinate with the

  Engineering/Maintenance Department

  to plan and support preventive maintenance of equipment.
• Monitor equipment performance and report deviations or abnormalities immediately.
  
• Maintain proper shift documentation, logbooks, and production records.
  
• Support continuous improvement initiatives for quality, safety, and operational efficiency.
  
• Ensure availability of materials, tools, and equipment required for production during the shift.
  
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment in compliance with company and regulatory guidelines.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical, Chemical, Production, or related engineering fields.
  
• Experience in manufacturing, process industries, food, pharma, chemical, or similar sectors preferred.
  
• Knowledge of

  batch processing, SOP compliance, GMP/GHP, and CCP monitoring

  .
• Strong understanding of production equipment and preventive maintenance processes.
  
• Good communication, reporting, and team coordination skills.
  
• Ability to work in shifts and handle production responsibilities independently.
