Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Shift Engineer to join our team at Radisson Blu, with 2-5 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Oversee daily operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
Coordinate with various departments to maintain high standards of quality and efficiency.
Implement effective strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Monitor and control expenses to optimize resources and minimize waste.
Develop and implement process improvements to boost productivity and reduce costs.
Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Shift Engineer or similar role in the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage services.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with staff and guests.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving skills to resolve issues efficiently.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and other relevant software applications.
