Location:

We are looking for an experienced and technically skilled Service Engineer to handle installation, commissioning, calibration, and troubleshooting of MOBA automation systems used in construction and mining machinery. The role requires hands-on field experience, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently at customer sites across India.

Responsibilities:

· Install MOBA automation systems (3D Excavator, 3D Grader system, Compaction, HLC 4000, Weighing, Safety Systems).

· Configure sensors, harnesses, IoT devices, and GNSS equipment.

· Perform alignment, calibration, and validation of systems.

· Diagnose electrical/electronic issues related to sensors, wiring, connectivity, and GNSS.

· Solve software and hardware-related problems independently.

· Provide timely on-site and remote technical support.

· Train operators, surveyors, and site staff on system usage.

· Prepare service reports, calibration records, ROI reports, and installation summaries.

· Coordinate with R&D, Production, Planning, and Sales teams when required.

Requirements:

· Strong knowledge of electrical circuits, wiring diagrams, and sensor systems.

· Experience in GNSS-based machine control or surveying tools.

· Ability to read and understand hydraulic/electrical schematics.

· Experience with excavators, compactors, graders, tippers (preferred).

· Good communication and analytical skills.

· Ability to work independently at sites.

· Willing to travel frequently across India.

· Ability to work in outdoor and challenging site environments.

· Strong customer-handling attitude.

· Valid driving license preferred.

Qualifications:
