Role Description

This is a full-time, Off / on-site role located in Perundurai for a Senior Services Engineer. The Senior Services Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting, providing field service support, offering technical support, and performing maintenance and repair tasks. The role involves interacting with clients, diagnosing technical issues, and ensuring that rigs are operating efficiently and effectively.

ؠInstallation and commissioning of Drilling rigs.

ؠTraining to customer engineers about Rig operation.

ؠShowcasing performance of rig and getting performance and commissioning certificate.

ؠAttending the Service request and Correcting service complaints, modifications, retro fitments .

ؠProviding feedbacks on product performance and improvements according to the application to internal teams.

ؠTraining to the customers on rig preventive maintenance and daily maintenance which can help to improve our spare parts sales.

ؠCreating the service kits - for exploration rigs along with wear and tear parts kits for its main sub-assemblies & compressors.

ؠPromoting service kits -for the wear and tear parts of the exploration rigs to the internal marketing team will help increase our sales revenue.

ؠDeveloping the preventive maintenance chart - for exploration rigs, Deck engine & compressors

ؠAttending the Customer Service calls and Responding to it on time.

ؠSharing core drill knowledge and spare parts information with theinternalteam.

ؠFinding the new customers and achieving the set spares sales target of their sales area.

Qualifications

• Troubleshooting and Maintenance & Repair skills
• Field Service experience
• Strong Communication skills
• Technical Support capabilities
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
• Experience in the drilling and exploration industry is a plus
