Services Engineer

Role Overview: As a skilled and customer-focused Service Engineer, your main responsibility will be to manage technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for all solar-related services. You will be required to diagnose and resolve technical faults both remotely and on-site, register, track, and close customer complaints within defined SLAs, and coordinate with local partners, service centers, and plant teams for issue resolution. In addition, you will support warranty claims, manage spare parts, coordinate replacements, conduct technical training for service partners, and provide product feedback. It is crucial to maintain accurate service logs and documentation to ensure compliance and customer satisfaction.
