Senior Services Engineer

As a Senior Services Engineer at PRD Rigs, your role will involve troubleshooting, providing field service support, offering technical assistance, and performing maintenance and repair tasks for drilling rigs. Your responsibilities will include: - Installation and commissioning of drilling rigs - Providing training to customer engineers on rig operation - Demonstrating rig performance and obtaining performance and commissioning certificates - Addressing service requests, resolving service complaints, and implementing modifications and retro fitments - Offering feedback on product performance and suggesting improvements to internal teams - Conducting training sessions for customers on rig preventive maintenance and daily upkeep - Creating service kits for exploration rigs and wear and tear parts kits for main sub-assemblies and compressors - Marketing service kits for wear and tear parts to increase sales revenue - Developing preventive maintenance charts for exploration rigs, deck engines, and compressors - Handling customer service calls promptly and effectively - Sharing core drill knowledge and spare parts information with internal teams - Identifying new customers and achieving sales targets for spare parts in your designated sales area Qualifications required for this role include: - Troubleshooting and maintenance & repair skills - Field service experience - Strong communication skills - Technical support capabilities - Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently - Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field - Experience in the drilling and exploration industry is a plus Join PRD Rigs, an industry leader with over 50 years of experience, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and effective operation of drilling rigs while delivering exceptional customer service.,
